We’re on the hunt for an experienced Product Owner to join Mortgages Originations team.
As a Product Owner for Mortgage Originations, you will lead a squad within ING’s Agile framework to deliver key projects and initiatives that enhance the mortgage origination process through digitisation and process improvements. You will co-manage and prioritise the product backlog, represent the voice of the customer, and ensure compliance with regulatory and business standards. Your responsibilities include defining business and product requirements, managing risks, and driving continuous improvement to optimise customer journeys and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery of high-quality solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Our ideal candidate is a strategic and customer-focused professional with strong expertise in digital channel optimisation, process improvement, and Agile delivery. They have experience managing product backlogs, driving end-to-end initiatives, and collaborating across squads and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. They combine analytical thinking with a deep understanding of customer journeys, regulatory compliance, and risk management, ensuring every decision enhances customer experience while meeting business objectives.
