Job Description

Product Owner for SAP Signavio will be responsible for supporting the adoption, optimization, and governance of SAP Signavio across the organization. This role ensures business users can effectively leverage Signavio for process modeling, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Takeda is embarking on a multi-year transformation program, with the migration of our current SAP platform to S/4HANA as a fundamental enabler. This program will significantly impact and in many cases transform our business processes. This role will contribute to establishing the foundation for Takeda process excellence through the Signavio platform which will be extensively utilized during and after the program as the platform to design, implement and monitor our business processes.

The role will combine a strong focus on SAP Signavio features to drive our process management initiatives and to leverage data engineering insights to enhance decision-making.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
 

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on SAP Signavio, advising users on platform capabilities and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide guidance on implementing processes in Signavio.
  • Deliver training, onboarding, and workshops to improve user knowledge and adoption.
  • Troubleshoot user issues, escalate technical problems, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain process taxonomy and hierarchy, supporting updates to the Signavio Dictionary for standardized terminology.
  • Monitor data integrity, version control, and process model accuracy.
  • Apply and promote process governance standards and best practices.
  • Collect user feedback and analyze usage data to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Prepare reports on user adoption, system usage, and process performance metrics.

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Understanding of process management tools (experience with SAP Signavio preferred).
  • Familiarity with data analytics and engineering concepts as applied to business processes.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics and usage data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – able to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build constructive relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities to guide teams and drive alignment with best practices.
