About the Role
As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind how FalCom presents its products to the world. You’ll define positioning, shape messaging, and create compelling content that resonates with government and defense buyers.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, and Program teams to support launches, leading go‑to‑market execution, and deliver marketing materials.
Your efforts will contribute to meaningful changes, ranging from creating new product stories to guiding important customer choices. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and have continuous opportunities for professional growth, mentorship and increasing ownership of strategic initiatives.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Craft sharp, value‑driven product positioning and messaging tailored to defence, government, and security markets.
Produce and manage effective sales enablement tools — datasheets, solution briefs, battlecards, presentations, demo scripts, training content, and proposal material.
Support RFPs, bids, and tenders with persuasive, compliant messaging that highlights FalCom’s unique and distinct capabilities.
Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, mission‑relevant operational advantages.
Partner with Product Management and Programs teams on launches and go‑to‑market strategies.
Conduct market and competitor research to refine positioning and identify new opportunities.
Curate and maintain a structured library for all collateral, case studies, and approved messaging.

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
Have a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
Bring solid product marketing experience within B2G, defense, tactical communications, or complex technology sectors.
Are experienced in developing positioning, sales tools, and go-to-market materials for technical products.
Possess the ability to create concise, value‑based messaging and turn technical details into compelling operational benefits.
Have direct production skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Have proficient communication skills — fluent written and spoken English.
Are skilled at managing multiple stakeholders, and delivering tangible and impactful results.
