The Job: 

As a Product Marketing Assistant, you’ll be part of our Marketing team working as a on-site employee. You’ll get to:

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Support Product Manager in organizing various projects
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
  • Provide backend support to PM in terms of but not limited to marketing request, desk research, project coordination, supplier coordination.
  • Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information (Keep in utmost confidentiality)
  • Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
  • Coordination with marketing agencies with regard to our projects
  • Communicate directly with customers and consumers with regard to marketing projects

  • Proven experience as a marketing assistant with at least 1 year experience in a related administrative or marketing assistant function
  • Good understanding of office management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications such as MS Powerpoint, Excel / Spreadsheets, Word, Outlook
  • Good communication and people skills
  • College Graduate Preferred
