Key Responsibilities
Own the Vision & Roadmap: Define, communicate, and execute the product roadmap and strategic initiatives, ensuring tight alignment with both customer needs and organizational objectives.
Master the Backlog: Lead and prioritize the product backlog, translating complex business needs, user feedback, and mandatory regulatory upgrades into well-defined epics and user stories.
Lead & Collaborate: Act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders. Drive alignment between engineering, design, compliance, and business units to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions.
Be the Regulatory Expert: Proactively monitor and analyze industry-wide regulatory developments, incorporating emerging requirements into the product roadmap to keep clients ahead of the curve.
Champion the User: Serve as the principal advocate for the user experience, ensuring the delivery of an intuitive, reliable, and value-driven platform.
Measure What Matters: Establish, track, and report on key metrics to evaluate product and feature performance, using data to inform future iterations.
Qualifications
Core Requirements
8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a SaaS or enterprise-level software environment.
Proven Product Lifecycle Management: A demonstrable track record of managing complex products and delivering strategic initiatives from concept to launch.
Agile Expertise: Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and extensive experience leading high performing, distributed (offshore) Agile development teams.
Masterful Communicator: Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels, from executive leadership to technical engineering teams.

Compliance Domain Experience: Prior exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven product domains is highly desirable.
SEC/Filing Knowledge: Knowledge of the SEC filing process and related regulatory concepts (EDGAR, iXBRL) is a significant advantage and will set you apart.
