We are looking for a Product Partner to join our Marketing Team at Roche Diagnostics Turkiye.

Join our Marketing team to drive the success of our Near Patient Care product portfolio, including products for Diabetes Care (BGM, CGM).
As the Product Manager for Near Patient Care products, you will lead the development and execution of the overarching business and marketing strategy for a vital portfolio that directly impacts patient lives. You will be instrumental in identifying market opportunities and customer/patient needs, and ensuring our innovative solutions, which include e-commerce and call center services, are positioned for maximum value and market penetration. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, exceptional stakeholder management, and a focus on both B2B and B2C dynamics. You will report to the Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Business Leadership
Define the overarching business strategy for the current and future Near Patient Care product portfolio.
Develop and execute specific marketing plans and strategies for the assigned product groups.
Identify market opportunities and customer needs to create value for customers and patients.
Develop business cases for new initiatives and manage resources and budget for all assigned programs and initiatives.
Utilize a commercial mindset to drive demand and maximize sales for the portfolio.
Market Engagement and Collaboration
Engage with key external stakeholders including Business Partners (distributors, wholesale companies), Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Clinicians, and relevant Healthcare stakeholders.
Represent the marketing group on local and global cross-functional teams, driving innovation and market penetration.
Foster strong collaboration with diverse internal functions such as Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Finance, ensuring a seamless and integrated approach.
Organize and conduct training programs for the sales team on product specifications, marketing strategies, and competition.
Initiate and drive marketing campaigns/activities (e.g. digital marketing approaches, scientific event participation/representation)
Product and Service Management
Manage the product's full lifecycle, including understanding the needs for and overseeing services like call center operations that support patient use products.
Co-create and implement customized solutions, including managing e-commerce systems, to meet defined business and patient outcomes.
Drive process improvements to deliver higher productivity and efficiency within the portfolio management.
Apply B2B and B2C experience to effectively market products that serve both healthcare professionals and end-patients.
Involve/contribute to forecasting, demand management processes.
Demonstrate qualities of Creativity, Collaboration, Coaching, and Contribution in day-to-day work.
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Science or Business in a related field (e.g., Healthcare, Business Administration).
Previous experience in Marketing within the Healthcare (pharmaceutical or diagnostics) sector is important.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Proven ability to build relationships, trust, and influence with internal members and other key stakeholders (KOLs, Business Partners, Leadership Team).
Excellent written and oral communication skills and presentation skills are important.
At least an upper-intermediate level of English (both written and verbal) to collaborate internally across the broader Roche enterprise and with global/regional teams.
Demonstrated Growth Mindset and entrepreneurial mindset.
Having a driving license and being willing to travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in Marketing is highly preferred.
Understanding of e-commerce systems and B2B/B2C marketing dynamics is a plus.
