Reform

Product Manager

San Francisco, US Full-time

We’re looking for a Product Manager to help drive the roadmap for Reform’s core platform. You’ll translate complex customer workflows into elegant, scalable software — working hand-in-hand with engineering, design, GTM, and customers to bring ideas from concept to deployment.

This role requires a blend of product intuition, systems thinking, and customer empathy. You’ll be working in a space with deep operational complexity and enormous potential for impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for key product areas — from ideation to release.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Define and track product success metrics tied to business outcomes.
  • Write clear specs and ensure smooth execution alongside engineering and design.
  • Bring structure and prioritization to a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment.
  • Represent the customer voice in product discussions.

Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of product management experience in B2B or platform software.
  • Experience with AI/ML products, data workflows, or logistics systems a plus.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to operate in a lean, iterative product culture.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership in cross-functional teams.

Why join us

  • Shape the direction of a product that’s redefining an entire industry.
  • Collaborate closely with founders and customers.
  • Work on hard, meaningful problems that impact the real world.
  • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance.
