We are seeking a Product Manager to help design and deliver scalable platform capabilities for our flywheel and new ventures businesses. This role will play a key part in shaping our generosity strategy across a suite of 6+ products, ensuring consistency, alignment, and customer-centric execution across our diverse portfolio.

As a Product Manager, you will be working closely with our Senior and Lead Product Managers of FNV Platforms and product teams from our FNV products to develop our generosity strategy and break that down into key deliverables and features to create a clear and defined roadmap. This role with work closely with the engineering teams to define requirements, deliver reusable and scalable solutions, and optimize customer experiences. This role will be responsible for translating our product vision into actionable roadmaps and shipping impactful products that unlock the power of our generosity capabilities.

This role requires strong collaboration and influence, as you will partner with other product managers, technology teams, marketing, legal/compliance, and business stakeholders to drive execution and alignment. Success depends on your ability to balance diverse business objectives, craft clear requirements, and deliver with speed and quality.

The ideal candidate thrives in execution-focused environments, is highly detail-oriented, and can bridge the gap between high-level business goals and hands-on product delivery. By building scalable capabilities, standardizing approaches where beneficial, and ensuring seamless cross-product experiences, this role will accelerate growth and enhance customer experiences across multiple platforms.

THE GAME PLAN

  • Take a hands-on role in performing discovery, shaping requirements and driving the execution of product initiatives that align with company goals and customer needs; emphasis on managing dependencies with other internal product groups 
  • Establish, track and report objectively on product performance metrics.
  • Work closely with senior product, marketing and commercial leadership to contribute to a medium to long term product strategy and vision that encapsulates customer needs and wants, for all applicable Flywheel Products.
  • Define, maintain, socialize and gain approvals for the product roadmap 
  • Work closely with the marketing, commercial, design, engineering, security, fraud, and support teams to ensure successful integration execution and go-to-market strategies 
  • Monitor product performance and ensure that the product roadmap delivers measurable and meaningful business and customer impacts with an ability to deliver both strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Track and report objectively on product performance to senior leadership on a regular basis; define and optimize tracking specs and capabilities when necessary 
  • Maintain a prioritized list of UX research to be done to inform and enhance the product roadmap 
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute post-launch optimizations and improvements  
  • Establish and maintain domain expertise on the product, market, and competitors

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital Product Management or similar role required.
  • Experience working with marketing technologies and in particular promotional capabilities preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects while effectively balancing scope, resourcing, time, and quality.
  • Demonstrated success cross-functionally influencing teams without formal authority.
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables.
  • Strong commercial acumen and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

For US-based roles: The applicable salary range for this position is $79,000 - $108,900 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
