The Product Manager will oversee the development and lifecycle of key products, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals and deliver exceptional value to customers. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to define product vision, create roadmaps, and guide projects from inception to launch. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, data-driven, and passionate about building innovative solutions.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.  

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products that meet customer and business goals.
  • Own the end-to-end billing experience, including invoicing, payment processing, and subscription management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment across departments.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
  • Prioritize features and manage the product backlog based on user needs, market trends, and business impact.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions for product improvements.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering insights through surveys, interviews, and user testing.
  • Foster relationships with customers to understand their challenges and drive continuous improvement.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

  • 2–5 years of experience in product management or a related role.
  • Experience working with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of usage-based pricing and subscription models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence
  • Experience in the technology, software, or e-commerce sectors.
