We’re looking for a Product Manager to focus on front-end projects within our Casino Product team. We need someone who can bring creativity, UX thinking, and data-driven decision-making to help us deliver innovative, engaging player experiences. This role will strengthen our ability to deliver on our roadmap, drive discovery, and push the boundaries of what a casino product can be.

What you’ll be doing

As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the full end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
  • Leading product discovery — gathering insights, defining requirements, and validating ideas with data and user feedback.
  • Driving front-end product initiatives and casino gamification features, ensuring they enhance player engagement and retention.
  • Working closely with UX, design, and development teams to create intuitive and innovative customer experiences.
  • Partnering with stakeholders across markets and functions to align product priorities with business goals.
  • Acting as the voice of the customer, using data and insights to inform decisions.
  • Delivering in an agile environment, breaking down work into value-driven increments and iterating fast.

Essential skills you’ll bring to the table

The necessary skills that we require for this role include:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager (or similar role) in a digital environment, ideally igaming, entertainment, or consumer tech.
  • Strong track record of leading products through the full lifecycle — discovery, delivery, and beyond.
  • Creative and UX-focused mindset, with the ability to challenge norms and think outside the box.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience working with teams on analytics and customer insights.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum ways of working.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.


 

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

  • Experience in the online casino or wider iGaming industry.
  • Background in gamification, player engagement mechanics, or loyalty features.
  • Familiarity with experimentation (A/B testing, user research).
  • Ability to inspire teams around a vision and bring stakeholders on the journey.
