Purpose
Working in the market with a lot of diversity (14 countries) and handling a broader products portfolio for Molecular Lab will foster your skills and strengthen your experience and knowledge on a dynamic market. Interaction with internal stakeholders will open new horizons to learn more on how colleagues in other functions manage the opportunity and challenges in this large organization RDME.
The Customer Area - Molecular Lab product portfolio is at the spot of the EMEA-LATAM strategy, in driving the growth and transition to the future in order to increase customer value. It will give you an opportunity to collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, MSA, Supply Chain, Quality and Finance team in different countries to support customers and patients across the Middle East region.
As the Product Manager - Molecular Lab defines marketing strategy for the group of products; you will be able to analyze bulk data and translate multiple types of inputs in aspiration plans with strategic initiatives and tactical plans in order to capture market share and increase market penetration for his area of products.
As the Product Manager - Molecular Lab, you will lead and motivate cross functional teams (sales, business development, market access, medical, communication), share and propose complex projects to senior management. The role is fully responsible and accountable for lifecycle management of products, competitive information and pricing strategy.
Your Challenges
Product Management: manage oversee the regional product lifecycle management of all Molecular lab products and solutions
Commercialization:Launch of new products or new claim extensions in all Middle East countries
Customer Events:Provide the right content for maximum customer engagement and business impact
Strategic Projects:Lead high priority projects initiated either by the SRME, EMEA-LATAM or global with strong impact on the SRME strategy
Competitive Marketing:Provide competitive information and insights in order to strengthen our position in the market
Develop sub-regional marketing strategy and tactical action plans which conform to divisional objectives, and, through liaison with all other functions, address Company objectives, by covering all customer segments/active part of strategy teams
Develop and Launch marketing campaigns in collaborations with all stakeholders
Tutor countries on RDME Portfolio management
Ensure that all relevant Company Policies and Procedures are understood and adhered to
Maintain individual skills and technical knowledge to Company standards in conjunction with Line Management and/or colleagues initiate and act upon a personal development plan
Prepare Kick-Off and energize sales team in direct relation with his/her products responsibilities

You are expected to adhere through your conduct to all applicable laws and regulations as well as to the high integrity standards as set forth by Roche.
Who You Are
You hold a BSc and Post Graduate degree in marketing, business or equivalent is required
You possess at least 7 years of experience in a IVD, out of which 5 years in Product Management position in Healthcare industry
You have experience or deep knowledge about the Molecular Diagnostics and Life Sciences Market
You are fluent in both spoken and written. Arabic is a plus, or any spoken language in the market
You established good connections with other industry members
You demonstrated excellent analytical skills and understanding of benchmarks, numbers and context
You excel in Project management
You bring Interpersonal and social skills, you know how to mobilize organization and drive results
You have a good sense for details (contracts, forecasts, deals, features & benefits)
