Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Edinburgh

Salary: £59,850 - £66,500

Hours: Full time

Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, at our Edinburgh office.

About This Opportunity:

Lloyds Banking Group’s recent acquisition of Schroders Personal Wealth marks the start of an exciting new chapter. Together we’re creating a distinctive end‑to‑end wealth proposition under the Lloyds brand, blending expert advice with powerful digital tools so customers can make confident decisions about their financial future. By bringing SPW back into Lloyds Banking Group we’ve bridged the gap and now deliver a seamless experience powered by brilliant in‑person and digital journeys that help customers create and protect their wealth.

As a Product Manager in our Insurance, Pensions & Investments team (IP&I), you’ll play a key role in a 2026 priority for us. You’ll lead the development of the Consumer Duty dashboard for Embark Pensions, support product governance, and work closely with colleagues across distribution and operations to keep our propositions competitive, compliant and centred on positive customer outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build and be responsible for the Consumer Duty dashboard for Embark Pensions, sourcing MI from multiple systems and delivering clear monthly updates that progress from gold to gold star and platinum
  • Produce audience‑specific Consumer Duty reports and support governance forums including Product Oversight Groups and Assessment of Value
  • Lead product governance to identify and resolve potential customer harms so propositions remain clear, competitive and compliant
  • Partner with distribution and operations to align delivery, communications and customer outcomes
  • Own risks and controls across Embark Pensions propositions with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and customer centricity
  • Coordinate customer literature for transparency and accuracy, and lead proposition updates in line with legislative and regulatory change

Why Lloyds Banking Group:

Like the modern Britain we serve, we're evolving. Investing billions in our people, data, and tech to transform the way we meet the ever-changing needs of our 26 million customers. We're growing with purpose. Join us on our journey and you will too.

What you’ll need:

  • Proven product management experience, ideally in pensions, financial services or another Platform environment
  • Solid understanding of Consumer Duty and how it applies to product governance and oversight
  • Advanced data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex MI and turn insights into relevant updates and reports
  • Practical experience with risk and control frameworks across financial products and customer journeys
  • Confidence reviewing proposition documentation to ensure clarity and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft concise reports for senior leaders and governance committees

About working for us:

Our ambition is to be the top tier UK business for diversity, equity and inclusion supporting our customers, colleagues and communities, and we’re committed to creating an environment in which everyone can thrive, learn and develop.

We were one of the first major organisations to set goals on diversity in senior roles, create a menopause health package, and a dedicated Working with Cancer Initiative.

We offer reasonable workplace adjustments for colleagues with disabilities, including flexibility in office attendance, location and working patterns. And, as a Disability Confident Leader, we guarantee interviews for a fair and proportionate number of applicants who meet the minimum criteria for the role with a disability, long-term health or neurodivergent condition through the Disability Confident Scheme.

We provide reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process to reduce or remove barriers. Just let us know what you need.

We also offer a wide-ranging benefits package, which includes:

  • A generous pension contribution of up to 15%
  • An annual performance-related bonus
  • Share schemes including free shares
  • Benefits you can adapt to your lifestyle, such as discounted shopping
  • 30 days’ holiday, with bank holidays on top
  • A range of wellbeing initiatives and generous parental leave policies
