JOB SUMMARY
This job develops and executes a holistic clinical product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's pharmacy product strategic roadmap, ensuring maximum value. This includes setting and communicating roadmaps, priorities, and decisions across all levels, from clinical teams to leadership. Successful candidates will exhibit keen business acumen, a profound understanding of pharmacy delivery systems, pricing strategies, and product landscapes, alongside comprehensive familiarity with all segments and lines of business, including self-funded pharmacy. They will have impeccable communication skills, experience with the development and/or management of clinical or pharmacy products, and a proven ability to strategically influence and align cross-functional teams.
This role is looking for someone who has a pharmacist or Clinician background.
This is a hybrid based role within the footprint of Highmark. Onsite T, W, Th.
