The Product Manager – AI & ML Products (Product Manager) will be managing the use of advanced natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) techniques to develop innovative solutions that enhance healthcare. Our primary focus is on creating state-of-the-art tools to address challenges related to prior authorization.

Responsibilities

  • Operationalize and scale NLP-driven solutions that intelligently decipher clinical documents, provide crucial medical insights, and enhance clinical decision-making, ultimately elevating patient care.
  • Lead and energize AI team members through scrum meetings such as daily stand-ups and backlog grooming, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Collaborate with the product team to uncover business needs, design targeted experiments, and validate potential solutions or features, ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our customers and stakeholders.
  • Tap into a wealth of clinical and non-clinical resources through our various affiliations, unlocking powerful insights to drive product development.
  • Make a lasting impact on the health and well-being of countless individuals by solving problems that truly matter and transforming the healthcare landscape.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field, with a Master's degree / MBA being a valuable asset.
  • 2+ years of experience in a product leadership role such as product management, project management, or project lead, highlighting your ability to guide and inspire teams.
  • Prior experience working in the field of technology.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills, adept at articulating complex concepts in written and verbal forms and engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Possess a keen interest in honing your leadership skills, striving for continuous growth and development.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies, showcasing your adaptability and commitment to embracing agile philosophies in a lean product development environment.
  • Experience with healthcare is a plus.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 92,800 - 154,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
