Job Description:

Work/responsibilities regularly span multiple job families within this job group. Applies research and principles of engineering to the planning, design, development, documentation, and testing/debugging of a variety of instruments, equipment, systems and/or software. This job family is intended to accommodate 1) jobs whose accountabilities span two or more job families within the job group; 2) jobs that are not covered by a defined job family within the job group; 3) managerial roles spanning more than one family that are not broad enough in scope and impact to be assigned to the Business Unit/General Management job family within the Management job group.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor or equivalent Degree, major in materials science or machinery, at least 5 years working experience.
  • Familiar with medical device product development process, background in class Ⅲ Implant medical device.
  • Prefer to be familiar with at least of the process of CNC/Anodization/ Sterilization;the more the better.
  • Master of PSP, DOE Finish bone, 5W2H, PDCA,8D, QC 7 tools ,CAPA, such as problem solving related tools
  • Good command of English, be able to hold conference calls with foreign teams and communicate technical problems
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
  • Positive and self-motivated with high pressure and strong problem-solving skill with trouble detecting, analyze and fixing.
