About The Role
Haleon are looking for a digital product analyst to work within the global digital experiences technology team, as part of the Commercial Tech organization. This role will have overall responsibility for the working with the global product owners within digital experience and assisting them in the build out of new capabilities, features, roadmaps and strategy of this exciting new space.
The successful candidate will work within the digital Experience team working across a range of product that build out platforms that enable our global categories and brands deliver experience out to our consumers. You would be part of the innovation road map, processes, and methodology, along with developing and understanding value cases, business problem statement, working with UX designed to develop these opportunities to build them into technical user requirements and build out to leading edge consumer experiences capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Product analysist of digital experience capabilities and tooling.
Accountability of reviewing and understanding all value cases for products and feature requests.
Accountability of working with key stakeholders to develop clear business and consumer problem statements.
Development of detail technical requirements within user stories to ensure the engineering teams team can take these stories to a build stage.
Assisting and co-creating a set of standards and frameworks that exist within digital experience space.
Working along an operation team and local market technology teams in building out demand for the products within digital experiences.
Desired Qualifications and skills
Experience of agile methodologies and agile practices and use of tool such as confluence and Jira
Strong interpersonal skills enabling the ability to comfortably communicate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, project managers and other product or business analysts.
Experience in development of requirements using BDD format or other industry standards.
Experience in work technical solutions that may span multiple work streams, whilst identifying downstream application dependencies
Oversee the development of requirement and technical acceptance of agile user stories.
Identify and exploit the re-use of any components, patterns, techniques, and document these for re-use by other areas.
Knowledge / Experience of Consumer Goods Industry and or MarTech tech stack. Experience scaled solutions for multi country solutions
Experience within the 1st 2nd and 3rd party and capture and utilisation of this date within insights and Personalisation.
Experience of working in large/matrix organisations, balancing multiple stakeholder requirements, and building strong stakeholder relationship.
Experience of working across multiple interrelated products to deliver a cohesive end user experience.
Able to work independently while collaborating closely with a supportive team,
Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly as it relates to complex technical topics
