Product Analyst I

The Product Analyst I role is a great opportunity to grow your career at a premier financial technology firm. As a Product Analyst you will be the primary liaison between Fiserv and our clients as they submit tickets regarding programs or the Fiserv system.  You will work directly with some of the largest financial institutions in the world. In this vital role, you will have a direct impact on client experience, ensuring the highest level of service and quality is constantly delivered to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:


o Work closely with clients and internal partners to troubleshoot, research and resolve client impacting issues
o Take a “Client First” approach by providing consultative servicing to meet client and company objectives
o Cultivate positive relationships with clients and internal partners
o Ensure timely delivery of issue resolution with the ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences
o Develop product knowledge and provide service support to clients and internal partners
o Maintain client satisfaction under stressful conditions
o Primarily work typical business hours with the flexibility to work some off-hours including on-call responsibilities
o Willingness to succeed in primary role while openly accepting additional duties as assigned

You Have (Key Requirements / Qualifications):


• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years advanced client support experience, a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
