Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients or product modules within the application, owning end-to-end delivery readiness and product support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track and deliver product enhancements, ensuring requirements are clearly documented and aligned with client and product roadmap priorities.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and prioritization discussions to ensure application delivery aligns with both product capability and client commitments.
- Develop and maintain domain expertise in wealth management workflows, especially relating to Advisor Productivity and Order Management.
- Prepare client impact analyses and articulate functional implications of product issues or enhancements.
- Drive accountability - ensuring all owned tickets, releases, and enhancements are tracked to closure with timely, transparent updates to stakeholders.
- Document knowledge articles and contribute to cross-team learning to strengthen application's delivery maturity.

- Working knowledge of agile delivery processes, release validation, and production support disciplines.

- Curiosity toward product functionality, industry workflows, and process optimization.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- Background in Product Analysis, Product Support, or Application Delivery in a complex B2B environment.
- Understanding of Wealth Management, Investment Services, or Financial Market Operations preferred.
- Experience interfacing with or coordinating with inter & intra-organizational stakeholders.
- Strong functional knowledge of post-trade or order management systems is an advantage.
- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience.
