Supply Chain & Procurement Management: Execute Material Requirements Planning (MRP), develop customer forecasts, manage vendor performance, generate all sustaining and non-sustaining Purchase Orders (POs), and authorize vendor invoices.
Manufacturing & Process Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end sterilization process, implement tracking for obsolete materials, and provide full procurement support for new manufacturing project launches and closures.
Data Integrity & Reporting: Maintain the accuracy of critical SAP master data (PIR, lead times, MOQs), process and approve Document Change Requests (DCRs), and prepare executive-level operational reports (MOR, QBR, GBR).
Customer & Inventory Coordination: Lead strategic customer calls, generate weekly performance reports, manage Finished Goods (FG) certification, and execute intercompany component transfers.
Strategic Initiatives: Lead and participate in strategic cost reduction initiatives and manage the coordination and implementation of all Raw Material (RM) changes from suppliers.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Materials Planning, Procurement, or Inventory Management, preferably within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in demonstrating the ability to drive complex processes and cross-functional results.
Advanced proficiency in SAP (or similar Tier 1 ERP system) modules specifically related to Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Procurement (MM), and Inventory Management.
Expertise in MRP execution and logic, including setting and managing master data parameters (e.g., lead times, MOQs, safety stock).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with experience developing and maintaining customer forecasts and complex operational reports (MOR, QBR).
