As a Procurement Officer you’ll play a key role in ensuring our external partner suppliers and distributors—meet the highest standards of compliance, risk management, and operational excellence.

You’ll be at the heart of third-party oversight, managing contracts, service levels, and performance. Partnering with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Risk teams, you’ll help shape effective and efficient third-party relationships that will power our Business Banking success.

What you’ll do …

  • Support Business Banking teams in selecting, onboarding, and managing suppliers and distribution partners in line with policies.

  • Plan and run the yearly schedule of third-party management activities, including contract updates and risk checks.

  • Act as the main contact between third parties and business teams to ensure smooth communication and planning.

  • Coordinate and implement changes driven by regulations, policies, or business needs.

  • Conduct contract audits and monitor supplier performance against service level agreements.

  • Provide reports and insights on supplier usage, value, and compliance, and help manage issues or complaints.

What we’re looking for…

  • Experience with contract management in a banking or financial services industry.

  • Comfortable working in agile environments with knowledge of procurement, third-party risk, and business continuity.

  • Good understanding of operational risk, including assessments, issue management, and control testing.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a curious mindset to identify and fix root causes.

  • Confident working with data to generate insights and support decision-making.

  • Skilled at working with multiple stakeholders within the organization.
