Position Summary
As a Procurement Manager at GSK, you will play a key role in driving value and efficiency across our procurement operations in France. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions, ensuring alignment with GSK’s mission to get ahead of disease together. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution while growing your expertise in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities:


This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage supplier negotiations and contracts to deliver value and mitigate risks.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support sustainability initiatives within procurement processes.
 


We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:


- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in procurement tools and systems.


If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:


- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of French procurement regulations and practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Experience in driving sustainability initiatives within procurement.
- Fluency in French and English.
