Position Summary
As a Procurement Manager at GSK, you will play a key role in driving value and efficiency across our procurement operations in France. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions, ensuring alignment with GSK’s mission to get ahead of disease together. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage supplier negotiations and contracts to deliver value and mitigate risks.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support sustainability initiatives within procurement processes.
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in procurement tools and systems.
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of French procurement regulations and practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Experience in driving sustainability initiatives within procurement.
- Fluency in French and English.
