What you’ll do:

  • Provide front line support to manufacturing, working with the operator, focusing

  • on manufacturing process and executing each batch safely, on time, in compliance with the batch instructions and quality requirements

  • Support the execution of process validations, re-validations and short-term improvement projects

  • Lead product and process related investigations and deviations and determine solutions to fix

  • Establish, promote, drive and maintain good cleanroom management practices

  • Maintain processes at inspection readiness level and provide the necessary support in any internal or external audit

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement improvements and new processes

What we’re looking for:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Life Science or Engineering

  • Proven experience with aseptic fill&finish processes of drug product

  • Experience with Compounding processes are a plus

  • Experience with highly active pharmaceutical ingredients (HAPI) is a plus

  • Demonstrated experience working in a GMP-controlled environment

  • Fluent in EITHER English OR German (with minimum B2 level in the respective other language)

  • Ability to agilely move between various tasks in a dynamic environment. You demonstrate strong collaboration skills and actively support your team members
