What You Will Do:
Coordinate the transfer of new products from laboratory scale to industrial production, assessing costs and quality impact.
Participate in investigations to identify and correct faults occurring in the technological process.
Develop work instructions for equipment newly introduced into the production flow.
Collaborate with the Maintenance department to modify or integrate new devices into existing installations.
Ensure commissioning and handover of new machinery or production lines to the production, mechanical, and electrical departments.
Suggest solutions to optimise technological processes and improve equipment performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical
2 years of experience in a chemical, food, or related manufacturing environment
Fluent Romanian and English language skills
Good organisational skills
