GTS Office Services
The Process Analyst is responsible for governance and support of the delivery processes. This includes acting as primary liaison for support, providing domain expertise and encouraging continuous improvement of delivery processes and tools.
This role reports to: PMO Operations and GTS Portfolio Manager
This role is hybrid (2 - 3 days/week in the office) - based in Toronto, ON
Key Accountabilities:
Execute processes defined as per schedule and identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure service levels are met (i.e. timely response to requests and inquiries sent to the group mailbox).
Actively maintain documentation (i.e. process, site, templates) to ensure information is relevant, up-to-date and accessible.
Maintain plan, policy and procedure documentation as requested by the management team (e.g. BCP - Business Contingency Plan).
Upon request, train resources on tools and processes owned by the team (e.g. Time Tracking).
Develop and deliver on implementation and communications plans for new and changing procedures.
Act as liaison between auditors and GTS teams to address questions and requests for information during the annual audit.
Provide support to stakeholders on processes and tools managed by the team.
Own the development of internal processes to support the operations of the team as the need arises.
Act as project coordinator on projects as the need arises.
Must Have(s):
University/undergraduate degree in related field or equivalent Analyst experience within a PMO in the financial services industry
Minimum 3 years’ experience within an Information Technology environment
Proven ability to balance contending or conflicting goals
Strong influencing, facilitation and negotiation skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills to rapidly assess situations and develop alternate solutions approaches vital to resolve high-level, complex problems
Ability to work independently on assignments, with tight schedules under minimal direction
Highly analytical
Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Exposure to Agile methodologies
Experience using a scripting language (e.g. Google scripts)
Prior experience using Agile tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
Nice to Have(s):
CAPM or PMP certification or equivalent
Experience administrating Workday or an equivalent PPM tool
Experience developing reports and using data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, BIRT
