Course: Principles of Immunohematology
Lecture and laboratory covering the basic principles Immunohematology (Transfusion Medicine) relevant to blood group serology and typing, population prevalence of antigens, antibody detection and identification, and compatibility testing of blood products. Component preparation and therapy in blood transfusion service, quality control, donor screening and transfusion reactions are explored.
Responsibilities:
