The Autodesk Delivery Platform is a modern, scalable system that Autodesk customers use to get access to their product subscriptions. The platform comprises of key cloud services, publishing systems, desktop clients, components and frameworks to package and deliver all Autodesk products. We are seeking a motivated Principal Software Development Engineer in Test to join us in Singapore. You will be part of a team of diverse, smart, and driven engineers. You will own quality and ensure the software released meets the quality expectations. You will be responsible for building, owning and maintaining test automation frameworks for various components of the Delivery Platform, and will be using agile practices to ensure rapid, iterative execution.

You are curious about emerging technologies and understand how to responsibly apply AI tools and practices to improve engineering efficiency and business outcomes
You know how to equip your teams to use AI smartly—from automating routine tasks to enhancing decision-making—while keeping a human-first approach

Responsibilities:
Own overall quality of the platform, components and web services
Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks for desktop clients, components, and web services
Lead the manual and automated testing strategy for the ongoing releases
Align with team goals that connect to the wider organizational goals
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Drive and champion CI/CD and Automation practices across the organization
Qualifications:
8-10 years of software engineering and automation experience
BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field
Have excellent communication skills
Experience with Scrum and agile processes
Experience with AWS cloud services and business functionality
Experience or familiarity with automation frameworks such as Selenium, TDD, BDD
Technology stack: C++/C#/JavaScript/AWS for desktop/web development
Awareness of AI/ML fundamentals and experience leveraging AI-driven tools in software engineering workflows (e.g., code generation, CI/CD automation, monitoring, or analytics)
Strong judgment in balancing AI adoption with engineering best practices, ensuring quality, maintainability, and ethical use
Cross-platform development experience with Windows, Mac and Linux will be a bonus
