Job Summary
The Red Hat Asia Pacific (APAC) marketing team is looking for a Principal Program Marketing Manager to join us in Singapore. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the marketing contribution for Infrastructure portfolio solutions, to support the business in growing market share in installed base and net-new accounts.
As a Principal Program Marketing Manager, you will plan and carry out region-wide integrated campaigns and programs that focus on filling the top of the funnel, as well as initiatives that programmatically accelerate prospects along the customer journey, and cross-sell and upsell campaigns.
Your scope includes orchestrating the content required for successful execution of campaigns and programs in countries across the region. You will work with the global campaigns team, subject matter experts in APAC, and country marketing teams to ensure localisation and relevance of campaign messaging and assets.
To be successful in this role, you have to be good at both strategy and execution, with a deep understanding of B2B demand generation. You will also need to build up solid relationships with other marketing teams including audience strategy and insights, digital experience, ABM and verticals.
What you will do:
Craft the strategy and deliver integrated marketing programs aligned with global and regional objectives to achieve business outcomes and predefined KPIs while working closely with Sales, Product, and Business team stakeholders
Monitor success and budgets, and contribute with direct impact to the business and revenue growth targets in shared ownership with the country Field Marketing teams
Develop and implement integrated seamless digital customer experience focused on awareness and demand generation. This can be through activities such as digital campaigns, paid social, telemarketing and nurture tactics, in order to create an engaging customer journey. These activities should complement field marketing campaigns in the middle and bottom of the funnel, all to convert leads into opportunities.
Own the end-to-end calendar of webinars and virtual events across the product portfolio, ensuring seamless coordination and execution to drive pipeline generation
Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness through better audience segmentation, digital techniques, persona targeting, and technology processes; be aware of and adept at the latest lead, audience, and content-led customer acquisition advancements
Ensure KPIs and metrics for each campaign are achieved; analyze results and reports to determine effectiveness of program activities
Focus heavily on the optimization of digital campaigns for the biggest impact
Manage the opportunity funnel and guide effectiveness and efficiency for campaigns from monitoring top-of-funnel volume to funnel conversion rates and actual pipeline generated
Enable and equip field marketing teams and marketing development teams with content and campaigns-in-a-box for execution within their countries
Run customer lifecycle management campaigns to cross-sell/upsell incremental offerings to existing customers.
Manage agencies to ensure campaigns are run on time, on budget and on target
What you will bring:
10+ years of B2B program marketing experience, preferably in the technology field; enterprise infrastructure software marketing experience is a big plus
Demonstrated ability to create and develop strategies and integrated marketing campaigns, as well as the ability to carry out the tactical elements of these plans
Solid project management, planning, stakeholder management and organizational skills with attention to detail
Solid understanding of digital marketing and demand generation, including customer journeys across paid, owned and earned media is a plus
Ability to report and monitor performance of digital demand campaigns to support the achievement of business KPIs (revenue and pipeline)
Experience using Marketing Tech including Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, and lead flow process
Strong analytical mindset, with an understanding of data and segmentation that enables you to call on support from the analytics team to derive insights for better marketing programs and performance.
