Roles and Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather structured and unstructured data from various sources, including sensors, databases, and APIs.
- Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies using statistical techniques and visualization tools.
- Data Preprocessing and Feature Engineering
- Machine Learning Model Development: Build predictive models using machine learning algorithms to solve business problems or optimize operations.
- Deep Learning Frameworks Expertise: Cloud-Based AI Deployment Skills
- Deployment & Monitoring: Implement models into production and monitor performance over time.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex findings into actionable insights for technical and nontechnical teams.
Key Skills & Tools
- Programming: Python, R, SQL
- Machine Learning Libraries: scikitlearn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
- Data Visualization: Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, QuickSight
- Big Data Technologies: Hadoop, Spark
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field 6-9 years of experience in data science or analytics.
- Strong foundation in statistics and machine learning
- Experience with cloud based data pipelines and model deployment
Soft Skills:
- Problem solving mindset
- Strong communication and storytelling ability
- Collaboration across cross functional teams
- Business acumen to align data insights with strategic goals
Desired Skills:
- Working experience and exposure to healthcare industry
- Good functional understanding of supply chain domain
- Working experience with teams located in multiple geography
