The Opportunity 
This position is based in Singapore under our Molecular Division.
The Pricing and Incentives Manager drives and manages best practices on Deals, Pricing, Sales incentives, and Contract, to ensure governance and integrity in setting up these core processes, while aligning to maximizing revenue and margin objectives.
The function acts as a core to maintaining best practice in Business, also with an analytical background, help to provide pricing analytical decisions support across all channels. The role reports into Commercial Excellence Abbott Molecular.
Core Responsibilities:
Deals review (EPIC):
- Owner for EPIC approvals and share best practices to guide Commercial team
 - Business partner for Deals reviews and approvals.
 - Coordinate approvals with APAC Area leadership and Global Pricing manager
 - Act as advisor to business leaders on deals approvals process
 
Pricing:
- Own all pricing related issues and lead process and best practices
 - Ensure pricing strategy is being executed effectively (Approved AUP vs Realized AUP)
 - Product margins and Pricing insights updates
 - Review/Publish annual pricelist for Oncology and Infectious Diseases
 - Facilitate orders processing by helping with missing/uploading approved price to assist logistics team
 - Pricing GMI
 
Sales incentives:
- Sales incentives plan roll out and coordinate targets and achievements.
 - Gather results information to calculate results and arrange with Country Commercial team to payout
 - Calculate and Payout incentives and own the full end to end process of SIP
 - Process owner for Sales incentives
 
Contracts governance:
- Gatekeeper for all contracts process except distributor agreements; act as Process owner advisor and advocate best practices to Commercial team.
 - Checker for incoming APAC contracts before sending to POA for signatories.
 - Improve contract templates by identifying risks and roll out suggestions to mitigate
 - Docusign submission for contracts e-signatories with customers
 - Ensure contracts are of compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements
 - Understand and apply Contract compliance information
 
Education
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance/Sciences.
 - Position requires strong balance of interpersonal and conceptual skills resulting from education and work experience.
 
Preferred Background
- 10-15 years working experience
 - Strong communication skills and meticulous to follow through various issues on hand. Have a keen eye for detail.
 - Experience with incentives setup and calculations
 - SAP experience preferred
 - Ability to digest information quickly and apply analytical skills to resolve business issues
 - Analytics knowledge with strong excel / PowerPoint skills
 - Mature, analytical, energetic, and strong interpersonal skills; able to contribute effectively in a highly result-oriented environment
