Prevencionista de Riesgos
Objetivo del Puesto:
Responsable de planificar, controlar y asesorar en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales, promoviendo acciones que garanticen la seguridad, salud ocupacional y bienestar de los trabajadores. Asegura el cumplimiento de normativas, la correcta aplicación de protocolos del MINSAL y la implementación de los estándares de seguridad de Ferrovial.
Responsabilidades Clave:
- Supervisar la seguridad en terreno y en las obras.
- Gestionar y mantener actualizado el Sistema de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional.
- Controlar riesgos y aplicar protocolos de salud ocupacional.
- Realizar análisis estadísticos y proponer medidas correctivas.
Funciones Principales:
- Fiscalizar el cumplimiento del programa de prevención en obra.
- Capacitar e instruir al personal en materias de seguridad y salud.
- Asesorar a los Comités Paritarios y coordinar con organismos fiscalizadores.
- Investigar incidentes y elaborar informes con acciones preventivas y correctivas.
- Implementar estándares de seguridad corporativos y programas de vigilancia médica.
Requisitos y Competencias:
- Formación: Título técnico o universitario en Prevención de Riesgos o Ingeniería afín.
- Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años en construcción o funciones similares.
- Certificaciones: ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001, Primeros Auxilios, Manejo de Sustancias Peligrosas, entre otros.
- Conocimientos: Legislación laboral y de seguridad, software de gestión (ISOTools, Synergi Life), ofimática, y planificación (MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Competencias Técnicas: Capacidad de análisis de riesgos, gestión de emergencias, y asesoría en accidentes laborales.
- Registro: Experto Profesional ante la SEREMI de Salud.
