Position Summary:

We are seeking a President & General Manager, Retail - NAMER to lead NCR Voyix’s retail business across the United States and Canada. This executive will be responsible for defining and executing the regional strategy across Sales, Professional Services, and Operations, driving revenue growth, customer success, and market leadership in retail technology and services.

The President & GM will oversee the full NAMER Retail P&L, leading a cross-functional organization that includes sales, solution delivery, customer success, and professional services teams. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator with deep experience in enterprise sales, technology-enabled services, and largescale customer delivery.

A central focus of this role will be achieving sustainable growth through cusomer partnership, operational excellence, and innovation, ensuring that NCR Voyix continues to deliver trusted, end-to-end solutions that power the world’s leading retailers.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Set the strategic direction for the NAMER Retail business, aligning people, process, and technology to achieve financial and customer outcomes.
  • Lead and integrate Sales, Professional Services, and Operations teams to deliver consistent revenue growth, margin improvement, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee all aspects of P&L management, including forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and long-term sustainability.
  • Drive execution of go-to-market strategies, expanding NCR Voyix’s footprint across enterprise and mid-market retail segments.
  • Lead the Professional Services organization jointly with the Head of Delivery Services, ensuring high-quality implementation, consulting, and support for complex software and hardware deployments.
  • Foster close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Delivery Services and Global Operations to translate customer needs into innovative solutions and scalable service offerings.
  • Champion a customer-centric culture, ensuring that every engagement—from sales pursuit to post implementation support—delivers measurable value and trust.
  • Develop and manage key executive-level customer relationships, representing NCR Voyix as a strategic partner to major retail brands.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and guide business decisions across sales pipelines, delivery performance, and customer outcomes.
  • Lead organizational change and talent development to support growth, agility, and a culture of accountability and empowerment.
  • Represent NCR Voyix in the industry, reinforcing its position as a leading innovator in retail technology and digital transformation.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in retail technology and , enterprise sales including 5+ years in executive-level P&L ownership.
  • Proven record of driving double-digit revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction in a matrixed, global organization.
  • Deep understanding of retail operations, point-of-sale systems, software platforms, and managed services models.
  • Demonstrated success leading Sales and Professional Services teams that deliver complex, enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Strong financial acumen and operational discipline, with experience managing large-scale budgets and forecasting cycles.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with C-suite retail executives.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and able to balance long-term vision with near-term execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent leadership training strongly preferred.
  • Based in Atlanta, or a willingness to relocate; travel required across the NAMER region.
