About the Role
To provide swift and effective recruitment support to agency and internal departments, aiming to uplift No. of new recruits while keeping tack on new recruit’s overall business performance so as to contribute to the business goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Agency Recruitment Support (60%)
- Establish strong communication channels with agencies to promptly provide advice and solutions to agency recruiters regarding recruitment.
- Implement and drive company recruitment strategies aimed at meeting business KPIs, such as the number of new recruits (NR), AIAPA NR, leader activity, NR active ratio, finance package validation ratio, and retention rates.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to monitor the recruitment status of agencies, allowing for early intervention on NR progress with actionable advice.
- Tailor district-based agency engagement to address agency challenges, focusing on improving leader and NR quality through data-driven insights.
Business Quality Assurance (30%)
- Strategically boost agency momentum to align with the company's growth ambitions, particularly in the area of agency recruitment.
- Offer timely responses and solutions to agencies regarding market trends.
- Maintain professionalism in recruitment practices, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and effective risk management.
Operational Efficiency (10%)
Streamline the recruitment contracting workflow and shorten the turnaround time (TAT) for the onboarding process.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree holder or above
- Along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in the insurance, brokerage, consulting, or financial sectors. Additional experience in areas such as working with the Insurance Authority, Immigration Consultation, Visa Renewal, Agency Recruitment or Customer Relationships is considered advantageous.
Specific Skills
- Possesses strong communication, presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office, with expertise in PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and data analysis.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Quickly adapts to new initiatives and takes ownership of achieving business objectives.
- Demonstrates teamwork, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
