Join Our Team
We are seeking an experienced professional with 3–5 years of medical practice management to join our dynamic team. The Weight Control Center is composed of a diverse group of clinical and non-clinical specialists, all committed to delivering exceptional patient care through collaboration and innovation. This Practice Manager will lead a team of seventeen supporting three physicians.

Scope of work

Responsible for the activities of team members within practice(s) and oversees the delivery of optimal patient flow and patient satisfaction in collaboration with dyad partner. Trains team members and serves as a liaison between providers, team members and director in daily operations. Responsible for charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and practice staffing. Manages team member performance and development and ensures policy adherence.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent in business, or healthcare management Required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, or healthcare management Preferred.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in health care/managing medical practice Required.
  • 1 year of recent and relevant supervisory or management experience Required.
