Job Description
The Powder Coater applies electrostatic powder coatings to sheet metal parts using manual spray guns and automated coating booths. Responsibilities include cleaning, masking, and hanging parts, applying powder evenly, curing parts in ovens, inspecting finished products for quality, and maintaining equipment. Attention to detail and knowledge of powder coating processes are essential to meet production and quality standards.
