Main Purpose of the Role & Responsibilities:
As a Post-Deployment Workday Talent & Performance Lead at Kainos, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base, with a focus on Talent & Performance. You’ll collaborate closely with team members while also working independently to manage your own workload. Your ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective, tailored Workday solutions will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead post-deployment activities for Workday Talent & Performance implementations.
-Configure and optimize Workday solutions based on customer needs.
-Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful delivery.
-Provide expert guidance and support in Talent & Performance modules.
-Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Kainos' Workday practice.
Essential Requirements:
-Workday Certifications: Must hold Workday HCM and Talent certifications.
-Workday Expertise: Strong understanding of Workday HCM, with deep expertise in Talent & Performance.
-Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the Workday ecosystem.
-Customer Focus: Proven experience in a customer-facing consulting role, with the ability to build strong relationships and manage escalations effectively.
-Communication: Clear, credible, and empathetic communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders in both in-person and remote settings.
-Commercial Awareness: Solid understanding of project dynamics and business context.
-Autonomy: Capable of managing individual tasks independently and contributing effectively to remote teams.
-Consulting Skills: Skilled in presenting, facilitating workshops, and explaining solutions to clients.
-Quality & Detail: Committed to high standards, accuracy, and attention to detail.
-Confidentiality: Understands and adheres to confidentiality and non-disclosure policies.
-Strategic Awareness: Understands company strategy and aligns work to support it.
-Continuous Improvement: Proactively identifies and suggests improvements to tools and processes.
-Learning Mindset: Willing to deepen knowledge in areas such as international regulatory requirements.
-Flexibility: Able to rotate across Workday delivery services, including Consulting and Application Management Services.
Desirable Requirements:
-Additional Workday certifications in other functional areas (ideally including Workday Learning).
-Professional qualifications relevant to your area of expertise.
-Prior experience in a post-deployment Workday environment.
