The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a fast learning and highly organized PMO Support Specialist. This role would support our dynamic Program Management Office in support of the EITaaS contract for the United States Air Force.
Responsibilities:
Credentialing and Network Access:
Serving as the Access Team Support Specialist for internal and external personnel providing required account issuance/credentials and management as needed.
Coordinating AF CAC credential issuance ensuring onboarding and offboarding needs are met efficiently and timely.
Collecting and validating required documentation related to security and mission justification.
Utilizing strong organizational skills to coordinate and manage communications with government personnel to ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding actions occur and lifecycle management initiatives are met.
Tracking CAC issuance and delivery to personnel as well as the proper retrieval of controlled items.
Monitoring credential expirations and reverifying access with the government.
Coordinating network access and ensuring the access granted is monitored and controlled.
Ability to pivot to ever changing program needs with a positive attitude.
Ability to provide a quick turn around with onboarding last minute new hires (with less than 1 week notice).
Utilizing strong organizational skills to coordinate detailed instructions between all stakeholders to ensure a smooth process for our end users.
Utilizing your familiarity with SharePoint to track all candidate documentation, training details, requirements, and metrics.
Stay abreast of new policies and processes being implemented and how those changes may impact our users experience.
Work with subcontractors and CTA to submit paperwork for CACI external accounts.
Qualifications:
5+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience).
Ability to obtain a Secret level clearance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter
Experience and comfortability leading meetings and calls.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Workday

Pay Range:
This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location.
Since the position can be worked in more than one location, the rate shown is the Minimum Wage for Federal Contractors. The actual rate will be based on contract, location and job classification.
Minimum Required Hourly Wage:
$17.75
