Your role at Clorox:
We are seeking a highly skilled Molding Reliability Engineer with specialized experience in injection molding and blow molding processes. This role is critical to ensuring the long-term performance, safety, and efficiency of our plastic manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will lead proactive reliability initiatives, analyze equipment performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce downtime and improve product quality.In this role, you will:
Coordinates Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) processes and tracks the implementation of recommendations through resolution.
Conducts Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and develops reliability strategies.
Serves as Operations Readiness Lead supporting innovation and capital projects by acting as the Liaison between Project Managers and Plant resources.
Reviews equipment specifications and standards and develops recommendations for reliability improvements.
Formulates, implements, maintains, and audits Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Diagnostic Maintenance (PdM) programs.
Recommends projects and/or studies and develops cost justification for reliability improvements
Participates in the development of criteria for and evaluation of equipment and technical MRO suppliers and technical maintenance service providers.
Continues to improve the reliability tools and methods utilized in increasing plant reliability.
Ensures proper spare parts inventory levels for sustaining equipment maintainability and availability.
Advises plant and corporate engineering on new capital designs and installations to ensure that equipment reliability, operability, and maintainability are preserved.
Participates in the final check out of new installations. This includes factory and site acceptance testing that will assure adherence to functional specifications.
Execute the identification and elimination of bad actors and the optimization of equipment availability.
Participate in the development, design and installation of predictive maintenance programs and technology applications to identify and eliminate defects.
Partner with and provide guidance to maintenance repairs and production in reliability related processes and the identification of critical spares.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $88,700 - $165,900
–Zone B: $81,300 - $152,100
–Zone C: $73,900 - $138,300
