A Day in the Life...
• Provide leadership, facilitation, and coordination for the activities of the teams responsible for processing, packaging, quality, customer service and safety.
• Analyzes and evaluates various operations indicators, such as efficiencies, processing yield, process control charts, budget and cost variances; adapting and establishing plans and procedures with the teams as necessary to affect favorable resolutions.
• Monitors, maintains and maximizes effective employee relations and communications systems, ensuring understanding and compliance with plant safety and GMP requirements.
• Acts as advisor in areas of expertise, providing analysis and recommendations as required or as appropriate.
• Communicates to and coordinates with other functional areas to maximize attainment of common goals.
What We Are Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of leadership experience
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient knowledge of Excel and other computer programs as required
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills required
• Exposure to Total Quality Management concepts
• Strong ability to influence and provide leadership
