You will be responsible for preparing food, assisting with the creation of new menu items and working closely and cohesively with the teams in the kitchen and bar to ensure all service delivery needs are met.

As the successful applicant, you will be innovative, committed and will demonstrate a passion for the art of making high quality, stone fired pizza.
Essential Criteria
Demonstrated experience and passion for production of high-quality stone fired pizza
Ability to produce and stretch dough and cook pizza using high grade stone fired oven
High volume pizza making experience
Proven excellence in customer service with a strong eye for detail
Ability to follow instructions and directions
Excellent presentation and personal hygiene
Thorough knowledge of Food Safety regulations
Ability to work unsupervised
Ability to work a flexible roster including weekends and evenings
The right to work in Australia
Desirable Criteria
High-volume kitchen experience
Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
