Job Description
Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following:*
- Responsible for supporting all Pathways in Education programs.
- Responsible for distribution and collection of Programs’ paperwork.
- Maintains Program files, correspondence and develops trip rosters.
- Conducts meetings/orientations with students and parents, school site staff and various vendors.
- Collects, organizes and develops billing sheets for programs.
- Manages relationships between company programs and all outside organizations/vendors.
- Orders Curriculum and supplies as needed.
- Responsible for tour/activity reservations for additional services purchased by groups and individuals.
- Responsible for booking airline, hotel/lodging and tour/activity reservations, as well as bus/shuttle transportation to and from
airport. - Ability to travel as needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Ability to delegate responsibility to parents and students.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, exercising reasonable judgment, in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate problem solving skills, while maintaining courtesy, professionalism, and a customer service attitude.
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with students, parents, co-workers, and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and database management.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience working in an Educational environment preferred.
