Physician – Pediatric Rheumatology, Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital (0.5FTE)

The Section of Pediatric Rheumatology is recruiting a part time BC/BE Pediatric Rheumatologist to an established and thriving practice that is actively engaged in clinical research and is a part of the Childhood Arthritis & Rheumatology Research Alliance (CARRA).  The new partner will enjoy working in a practice that is fast paced and provides services that focus on serving the needs of the tertiary and quaternary outpatient populations, and on those who require acute care in the hospital setting. The new physician will be a quality and safety driven individual and will be key in the continued expansion of the program. This position demands a focus on quality and safety as well as efficiency in work flow.

Practice Description:

The physicians in the practice are members of the Corewell Health Medical Group.  Our group is a growing, physician-led, multispecialty practice.  The Pediatric Rheumatology staff includes three board certified Pediatric Rheumatologists, 2.5 R.Ns., and a social worker.

Basic Qualifications:
Education - Medical Degree (MD or DO)
Current M.D. or D.O. license for the state of Michigan.
Current State of Michigan and Federal Narcotics Licenses.
Basic Life Support (BLS) /Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
