Pay Range:

$253,521.00 - $431,922.00

Capital Health Medical Group is seeking an Occupational Medicine Physician who will be responsible for treating and preventing occupational injuries and diseases in the workplace. Oversee pre-placement exams, evaluate the health and functional abilities of employees, substance abuse screening, and provide medical care for work-related injuries and illnesses

Opportunity Details:

  • Conduct pre-placement exams for employees
  • Provide treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses
  • Interpret ancillary test results for evidence of possible occupational disease or confounding personal health condition
  • Oversee workplace drug and alcohol screening programs
  • Evaluate and manage worker's compensation cases
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and employees
  • Provide education and training to employees and employers
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
  • Keep accurate patient medical records; completing all necessary documentation to allow for timely and efficient billing and claim submittal

Qualifications:

  • NJ/PA Medical License
  • BE/BC in Occupational Medicine or Internal Medicine with OEM fellowship
  • MD or DO from ACGME OEM accredited residency
