PRACTICE SPECIFICS

  • Our ideal candidate would be a forward-thinking, flexible, team player.  They would join a busy, collaborative, tight-knit team, many of whom enjoy the outdoors and athletics.

  • Beautiful newer clinic with spectacular views overlooking Lake Superior!

  • Group consists of 8 Family Medicine physicians (including 4 FM Ob), 3 Nurse Practitioners, and 1 Physician Assistant 

  • Outpatient only practice, clinic hours 8am-5pm.  36 contact hours (based on full-time)

  • Call is currently 1:10.  All call is phone only except for the OB calls

  • Use hospitalists to admit and follow inpatients at St. Mary’s Medical Center

  • Underground climate-controlled parking

  • EPIC electronic medical records

  • DAX AI scribe software

  • Teaching opportunities

  • BC/BE Family Practice

  • Duluth, MN – a harbor city which is located at the westernmost tip of beautiful Lake Superior

  • 150 miles north of the north of Minneapolis/St. Paul

  • Duluth metro population: 125,000

COMPENSATION 

  • $308,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
