Are you a Physical Therapist looking for a PRN position? Join our premier team at Saint Luke's North - Barry Road!

Shift Details: 

  • Minimum shifts required 6 in an 8-week scheduling period. At least two weekend shifts required each month.​.
  • Weekend, Holiday, and Hard to staff day rotations

As a staff Physical Therapist (PT) at our facility, you will be responsible for evaluating clients post-impairment, injury, or disease. Your role involves designing and implementing personalized physical therapy treatment programs based on physician referrals. Your interventions may encompass therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, functional retraining, thermal and electrical modalities, gait training, and other essential skills for rehabilitation. Periodic reevaluation of clients to assess intervention effectiveness and active participation in discharge planning are key aspects of the role.

Additionally, as a PT, you will supervise treatment provided by students, technicians, or physical therapist assistants. Your expertise will extend to recommending client care interventions to enhance the rehabilitation process, contributing significantly to the clients' overall well-being. Delegation of tasks and guidance for supportive personnel will be part of your responsibilities, alongside fulfilling other duties as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements

Applicable Experience:

Less than 1 year

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Physical Therapist - Various

Bachelor's Degree
