Job Description:

🏥 Physical Therapist – Full Time (4-Day Work Week Available)

Location Coverage: Boston, Northend, Roxbury, Mission Hill

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-home physical therapy care
  • Assess patient needs and develop care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare team
  • Document evaluations and progress
  • Provide leadership and community outreach

Requirements:

  • Graduate of APTA-approved PT program
  • Active PT license in MA
  • 1+ year experience in healthcare
  • Willing to travel 50% within coverage area
  • Reliable vehicle, valid license, auto insurance
  • Able to lift 50–100 lbs

You will report to the Branch Director, Clinical Manager, Clinical Supervisor or designee.
