Physical Therapist

Coverage Area: Worcester, MA and Worcester North Territory (including Leominster, MA up to the NH border)
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500

What You’ll Do

  • Provide direct patient care, evaluate functional needs, and design individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Document evaluations, treatment goals, and progress
  • Act as a resource and promote physical therapy in the community
  • Work in a physically demanding, high-energy environment

What We Require

  • Graduate of an APTA-approved Physical Therapy program
  • Current, unrestricted PT license in Massachusetts
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to travel within Worcester and Worcester North Territory (including Leominster to NH border)
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
  • Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and perform full range of body motion

You will report to the Branch Director, Clinical Manager, Clinical Supervisor, or designee.
