What You’ll Do:

  • Dispense and review medications for safety and effectiveness
  • Provide expert guidance to medical staff and patients
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and legal regulations
  • Contribute to clinical rounds and interdisciplinary care planning

    Additional Job Description

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy, Advanced Degree in Pharmacy
    • Licensed and Registered South Carolina Pharmacist
    • Hospital or clinical pharmacy experience is preferred
    • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
    • Passion for patient care and teamwork
