What You’ll Do:

Dispense and review medications for safety and effectiveness
Provide expert guidance to medical staff and patients
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and legal regulations
Contribute to clinical rounds and interdisciplinary care planning

Additional Job Description

What We’re Looking For:

Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy, Advanced Degree in Pharmacy
Licensed and Registered South Carolina Pharmacist
Hospital or clinical pharmacy experience is preferred
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Passion for patient care and teamwork
