Your Role: PH Technical Team Lead
Lead toB technical capability set up and facilitate tech team to enhance para technical leadership and build up therapeutic technical service capability, tools, portfolio value added service to provide high quality technical value to customers. Leading the change for commercial team, esp. for selling model change from product only for strategic value-added long-term partnership build up with customers. Field technical support to KA and commercial team in order to drive business development.
Your Responsibilities:
Strategically enhance para technical leadership and build up therapeutic technical service capability, tools, portfolio value added service for technical team and cascade down to commercial team
Improve technical team capability of technical knowledge and service, like chronic diseases, para, derma, OA &pain, etc.
Manage technical resources internally and externally like global tech, KOL, alliance, etc.
Cooperate with global to leverage resource localization in China and implement global initiatives, Adapt & deploy global technical messages through scientific articles and presentations, etc.
Leverage KOL for more influence in the industry of Elanco brand.
Conduct technical presentations in internal and external seminars and workshops
Lead the toB holistic model changes for whole commercial team, esp. for selling model change from product only for strategic value-added long-term partnership build up with customers of sale team.
Work with sales team for KA technical service and follow up their responses
Work with marketing team and other functions for value added portfolio strategy define and roll out
Provide technical input to support identify new opportunities and participate in the development and adaptation of innovations
