The Position

The Opportunity

As Personalized Oncology Partner, your initial responsibilities will include acting as a strategic business partner who generates insights and supports cross-functional capabilities. In-depth on medical knowledge are required to develop and recommend strategies for personalized patient treatments, including digital health, diagnostics, and comprehensive genomic profiling (CGP) results, empowering physicians with the best technology for patients.

Role-Specific Accountabilities

  • Contribute to Roche Diagnostic Thailand's Personalized Oncology solutions and cross-functional network, transforming our operating model to better enable Roche as a trusted partner with medical societies.

  • Act as a trusted partner to HCPs, engaging them to understand their needs and provide diagnostic solutions by leveraging genomic data and other personalized healthcare tools to support their clinical decisions.

  • Utilize cross-functional data to identify and recommend opportunities for improving population health management and support the early identification of health risks, with a focus on oncology.

  • Act as a strategic business partner who generates insights and supports cross-functional capabilities.

  • Use in-depth medical knowledge to develop and recommend strategies for personalized patient treatments, including digital health, diagnostics, and comprehensive genomic profiling (CGP) results.

Who you are

Experience and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, molecular biology, or equivalent (MD, Pharm D, PhD). Clinical expertise in oncology or genomic testing is appreciated.

  • Proficient language skills in Thai and a good command of spoken and written English.

  • Strong understanding of the oncology clinical ecosystem, especially lung cancer, and the patient journey.

  • Extensive experience in engaging oncologists and other healthcare professionals with a strong commercial mindset, including both sales and business development.

Industry Experience:

  • 7+ years’ experience within a business development role in Pharmaceutical, Diagnostics, Health Sciences, Biotechnology, or other related fields.

  • Prior experience in lung cancer or genomic testing is preferred.
