- Provide secretarial support to managing director and assigned management.
- Coordinate meetings, business appointments, social functions, travel itineraries and accommodation effectively and efficiently.
- Liaise with internal and external parties on business issues proactively and independently.
- To prepare and follow up project status by working closely with different team members.
- Validate, leverage necessary information to ensure communication efficiency with various parties.
- Serve as a helping hand driving special projects or events when needed.
- Manage Taiwan office calendar and ensure it is aligned with global standard.
- Anticipate local team’s need and pay good attention and observation on work climate.
- Oversee office’s day-to-day operation, initiate, propose, and provide simultaneous support to company activities and wellness event.
- Assist, develop, and manage internal communication program to ensure common understanding on corporate development, local business initiatives aligned internally.
- Enhance organisation and brand reputation by plan or implement diverse projects and mechanism, such as company philanthropy or CSR programs as appropriate.
- When needed, act as a sounding board in support to design and deliver development program for talent and potential successors.
- Perform ad hoc project, training and special assignments as required.
Education / 教育背景
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field.
Experience /經驗
- 5+ years experience in relevant role.
